Registration FAQ

1. Do you want to save some money during these bad economy? Register your child(ren) online, and bring 4 signed, pre-printed copies during out Open Registration Days.  It saves us the time to input all the information and in turn, you save a few bucks per child!  For instructions on how to register online, please read the attached instructions.

Nos ahorra el tiempo de meter toda la informacion y a la vez le ahorra algunos dolares por jugador! Para instrucciones sobre como registrarse enlinea, por favor lea las instrucciones adjuntas.

Late Registration Procedures
Your child must be born between August http://www.ayso.org/resources/registration/age_guide.aspx to register. 

Please call our message line (951-242-2976) or send an email to the Registrar to get your Late Registration packet.  State your name and mailing address along with the # of registration forms you will need. Email is registrar@ayso187.org. Once you get the late registration packet in the mail: 
1.    Please fill out for each child 1 Player Registration Form. 
 
2.  Please fill out only 1 Kids Zone Parent/Guardian pledge for your family.
 
3.   Please send a copy of one of the following for each child for age verification: Birth Certificate, Passport, Medical Card, Shot Record, or ID. 
 
4.    Payment of $95 in the form of a Cashier’s Check or a Money Order (NO personal checks), made payable to AYSO Region 187.
 
5.    Please send the package to the following address: 
     AYSO Region 187 
     Attn: Registrar 
     P.O. Box 8416 
     Moreno Valley, CA 92552 
 
If you don’t complete and send all of the required items, we will return the entire package and your registration will be delayed.
