If you pre-register on www.eayso.org you will receive $5 off of your registration per child. You will need to bring 3 signed copies of your registration along with your payment. ALL PLAYERS NEED TO BRING A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR A COPY OF ONE.

Go to www.eayso.org. You will need to get a sign on. It will be your email address, or one that you can create. Create a password. Then register your child as  New Player even if he/she has played previously. After you complete the registration, print 3 copies, sign them, and bring that along with your payment to May 14 or May 21. 
The FIRST 500 players registered will receive a Chivas ticket to a game in September
A player is not registered until he/she has been registered in eayso and payment has been received.

FUNDRAISER:
NO FUNDRAISER FOR THE FALL 2012 SEASON

ALL U5 Sessions (Practice/Game) will take place on Friday Nights at Community Park
PARKING @ MT. VIEW SCHOOL
Please DO NOT park your vehicles in the RED zones, double park or drive vehicles inside school grounds during practices and/or Game Days. The School District has given notice that they will request Police to issues tickets to any vehicle breaking the laws within their property. Thank you for your cooperation.
